Water heater with customisable and modular removable exchanger
BOIL CUSTOM water heaters, with single or double inspection hole, are designed to give the user the option of creating their own domestic hot water production system, combining different types of storage tanks and exchangers: tube heat exchangers or copper spirals.
This makes it possible to create flexible solutions by type of storage tank, volume and exchanger power.
The solution with single inspection hole allows the FLEXY range of storage tanks to be combined with a tube heat exchanger or a copper spiral heat exchanger.
The solution with two inspection holes on the other hand allows storage tanks with two inspection holes to be combined with two tube heat exchangers or two copper spiral heat exchangers or one of one type and one of other, depending on the needs.

AVAILABLE REMOVABLE COILS
When creating a Boil Custom, you can combine Flexy storage tanks or storage tanks with two inspection holes with the following coils:
- Removable tube heat exchanger coils in stainless steel AISI 304 or 316, ideal for steam (6/12 bar) or superheated water. The tube heat exchanger is made up of a coil, head and gasket with or without cross-beam. The exchange surface area of Fiorini tube heat exchangers goes from 0.5 to 10 square metres, compatible with storage tanks of 200 to 5000 litres, depending on their capacity.
- Copper spiral coils, ideal for rapid heat exchange for hot water, are made up of an assembly plate, nuts and gaskets. The exchange surface area of Fiorini copper spiral coils goes from 0.8 to 6.3 square metres, compatible with storage tanks of 200 to 5000 litres, depending on their capacity.
